You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has entered the shipping phase.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to personalized products, perishable goods, and intimate items. These exceptions will be clearly marked on the product page.
Upon approval of your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). In such cases, we will also refund the standard shipping costs.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. Some financial institutions require additional time to post the refund to your account.
